Review

This review applies to version 1.1 The latest version of this software will soon be reviewed by our informers.

Active@ ISO Burner is a freeware application that allows you to burn image files. This application will allow you to burn your ISO image files to media like CDs, DVDs, Blueray discs, HD-DVD discs, and more. Many applications come in .ISO formats, which are images of a disc. In order to be able to install the contents of an ISO image, you need to either burn, extract, or mount the image. This application only allows you to burn the .ISO file to a CD, for example. Most of the times, I simply mount the image and install whatever I need to install and then unmount the image. But you might be the type of person that needs to keep everything on optical media, such as CDs and DVDs. If that is the case, then you will benefit from this application's features. It is really easy to use, too. Simply add the image file that you want to burn, play with the options and hit burn. Active@ ISO Burner also supports command-line commands, which allow you to burn ISO images without having to open the application.
Advantages
  • Simple and easy to use.
Disadvantages
  • Too basic, but it;s free.
